Manchester City`s management will try to sell national Rahim Stirling within one year, the Daily Mirror reports. According to information from an unnamed source quoted by the newspaper, the player will be placed in the transfer list if he does not reach agreement on a new contract with the skyscrapers. The current Treaty of Sterling expires in June 2020. He receives ? 170, 000 a week but wants to improve his conditions. The paper suggests that if Stirling receives a salary increase, the new contract will not be matched and Man City will be free to determine its price.
